Who We Are

QuBE, Inc. (QuickWorks Business Ecosystem, Inc.) was created to solve a problem many businesses quietly struggle with—disorganized processes, limited visibility, and the constant feeling of not having full control.
It began in 2024 as QuickWorks ERP Solutions, helping businesses take their first steps toward digitalizing their operations. By 2025, the company gained traction as more organizations recognized the value of structured systems. With each implementation came deeper insights, and by 2026, the vision expanded into something bigger—an interconnected business ecosystem designed to align processes, data, and decision-making across the entire organization.
This vision is driven by the partnership of Jose Rodolfo Lao and Rosalyn Maghanoy—bringing together both technical and business expertise.
Jose Rodolfo Lao, with a background in Electrical Engineering, developed a strong passion for building systems and solving real-world business problems through technology. His approach focuses on creating practical, scalable solutions that simplify complexity and improve operational clarity.
Rosalyn Maghanoy brings over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Through her work as a business consultant, she has helped organizations across various industries improve their processes, strengthen their operations, and position themselves for sustainable growth.
Together, they built QuBE not just as a software provider, but as a partner that understands both the technical and operational sides of running a business.
Over time, QuBE has assessed and developed systems across a range of industries, including wholesale and retail, restaurants, a carbon farm company, a university content platform, and a dessert brand. Each engagement is grounded in understanding real business challenges and delivering solutions that are both practical and scalable.
Today, QuBE helps businesses move from fragmented tools and manual processes to structured, reliable systems that support better decision-making and long-term growth.
Looking ahead, the company aims to expand its ecosystem into new sectors—particularly in hospitality, education systems, and human resource and people management—bringing the same clarity, structure, and efficiency to industries that rely heavily on coordination and operational excellence.
Our Approach
At QuBE, we believe that businesses should not be managed in silos. Most challenges don’t come from a single department—but from how different parts of the business fail to connect.
That’s why we approach every solution as a complete ecosystem. Like a cube with six sides, we examine the business from multiple dimensions to ensure every area works together seamlessly.
This perspective allows us to design systems that don’t just function—but align, scale, and support better decision-making across the entire organization.
